Sexiest musical scale?

Cheers everyone.
Yes thats correct, the sexiest - by that I mean sensual, offcourse - musical scale - wich would that be? Any Ideas?
Been googlin a bit, and thers lots of discussion about wich scale is the most depressing (d minor apparently), most scary, most metal and so on, but couldn't find any about that particular...ehm mode.
And since I used the word "sexy" in the subject I know a lot of people will read this (just kidding) so I'll go on a bit further...
What would constitute "Sensual" in a tune? What do you guys/girls think? For me I'm thinking sampled heartbeats, barely audible sighs (no, not the x-rated kind) deep in the mix... But musically I'm not sure what to come up whith. Enigmas old classic "Sadeness" is what I would consider sensual (no, not the monks in the beginning, Im actually thinking of the beat and the flute)...
So basically, what Im asking about is what musically could induce that special feeling without going cheesy and cheaply "in youre face" with it? Id love to hear some input and ideas.

BLUES SCALE
but to be perfectly honest, its ALL about your phrasing, articulation, and which instrument(s) you are playing. Bagpipes aren't sexy, and are capable of squeezing out little more than a major pentatonic or a mixolydian mode. But those exact same scales could be sexy as hell on an electric guitar.
Lydian is kind of mystical and non-sexy... phrygian and locrian are dissonant and omnious, but they too are capable of sexy. Dorian is melancholy... i guess harmonic minor can be sultry/seductive. its funny cuz a big part of my job is to categorize libraries of music based on emotions, and it can be difficult.
I think the swankiest, sultriest voice is often based in the blues scale, and played on guitars, pianos, and accordions. yup, u heard me. accordion is sexy.
on the other hand, listen to Lester Young blow a tenor sax. That is pure sex. other jazzers convey more different stuff, frustration, imagery, contemplation, passion, anger, frenetic tension (beboppers)
Django Reindhardt could do it all on the guitar.... Sonny Rollins is another Tenor player who oozes sexuality. Its a lot fo times more about the chord changes than the scale. scales modulate and drift around changes... those bits of harmonic information, when phrased on a monophonic instrument melodically, spell out sexy
i love banter like this. keep it coming lol

Oh, and I'm going to pretend I didn't hear this lest I be forced to reveal my towering man-oak at the next funeral I attend.

hmm... well just as everybody has different tastes in what LOOKS/IS sexy... everyone has different tastes in what SOUNDS sexy. personally i love me some eastern harmony for sexiness.
but you can't go wrong with regular old major scale (with the odd flat third and fifth), as that is what is used in most slow sexy rnb. listen to some of that kinda shit to get an idea.
ultimately it doesn't come down to any particular scales or chords, but the feeling that is in your brain to start with. or rather in your body. whatever. you need to start with that mood and that whatever notes strike you as particularly pleasing and "true" while you are in that mood are the ones you have to go for.... also sexiness I find has a lot to do with rhythm.. deep soft rhythm, not SMACK you over the head with a VENGEANCE SNARE BRAAAAP

Singers like D'eangelo or whatever his name is seem to get girls moist
The same thing kind of works for me by female rnb'ers
Grooki that was fucking priceless. never heard that one before, the set-up was there from OP.

hahaha, yeah, i'm definitely gonna use that one in the future.
i would like to add one thing: appealing to male sexuality is easily done, just add some porn samples and fat bass. appealing to female sexuality is a little harder, you have to use some soothing sounds and have intimations of love/emotion.. but if you can appeal to BOTH, you will have a winning track, guaranteed. that is indeed difficult, but awesome if you can reach it.
good topic btw.

Can't contribute with much more than sharing the fact that I often used to masturbate shortly after listening to Datsik's tunes.

If I'm wanting sexy, I usually go to the soul section. The mixture of Gospel and RnB with that sweet rhythmic funkyness is sexy to me. I mean I don't think you have to look farther than the one and only Marvin Gaye. I mean that dude's been helping guys seal the deal for decades now.

I would say that song pretty much defines "sexy" when it comes to music. Soul is just the perfect blend of soft sensual sounds, vocals that don't overpower, and a consistent but not too overbearing rhythm to keep things all running together smoothly. It's not just the notes that you use, it's how you put it all together. So if I were trying to create something sexy, I would probably be doing some serious research on that genre.

I like the Phrygian scale, pick your own key to taste I guess. Has kind of a middle eastern sound to it but it's got a real sexy vibe in my opinion.
