Anyway to simplify the discussion; imagine that some kind of advanced alien civilization clones you, and locks you up with your clone in a room.
The room is soundproof, and there are no cameras inside. After an hour, the room will be opened again and your clone will disappear.
In other words, whatever you do with it, no one except you will know what happened. So basicly, you could have sex with it, unless your against it.
Otherwise you'd have one boring discussion with yourself (because you're the same) or have a cool 1-on-1 deathmatch.

is the clone produced by cloning or time-travel? if it's time-travel, then there's only 1 person involved (at different ages), and there's a better case for its being masturbation. it's it's proper cloning, then there are 2 people involved (clones are people, too!), so there's no way it's masturbation.

The way I see it, If you aren't in direct control over what your clone thinks and does then that (to me) makes it a separate person; which obviously the same sex, would be gay.

I never thought dick in any orifice automatically makes you gay.
