isnt it a shame that distance has such a different style now ?
not that I did not like his work . his albums are sick and his chestplate stuff as well BUT THIS TRACK is just mindblowing !!!

I think its sad that there isnt more such music like this early distance . . (I suppose this style of dubstep is also very close to what I´m trying to produce )

distance was the bomb back in the day, when i listen back to his early stuff it's kind of like grime to me, real dark and futuristic. the sound that he pioneered doesn't really seem to have moved on a whole lot though, it may have got better production values but it just sounds cheesy to me, i'm guessing it's what people call 'dungeon'

I cannot fathom how someone who has listened to Beyond can hold that view... baffling.

yea this lost and hatcha bits are kind of in the same style as dark crystal is . . anyway theyre amazing !

Dark Crystal, Temptation, and tunes like Mistral, My Demons and Delight off the first album are what got me into dubstep.

Weighty without beating you into submission. Never liked tunes like Victim Support. Beyond though is

Without sounding totally ignorant, the last tunes I bought from distance was that release with no sunshine on it whos a side currently escapes memory, and that was in like, 09 I believe, so could you spare a decent example of what he's up to now?

Hes got an EP coming out soon, forget the tracklist... mean streak is one of them
