Traktor Scratch Pro Upgrade

I already have traktor scratch duo 2, I wanted to upgrade to scratch pro 2. is it as simple as getting the software, or is there hardware involved too?
If anybody can help me out, been looking for a while but I'm not fully confident of what to get.
