Metal grinding/Robotic movement wobble bass

I've been searching the web for just about any signs of making some sort of metal grinding/robot movement type sounding wobble bass. Or maybe like a little dryer wobble compared to borgore. It's really hard for me to explain this wobble. But I do have several example videos,
This one, Cyberoptics - Teddy eats children, skip to about 1:28 for the part I'm talking about, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUWtUXB0 ... re=related
Then this video which already has the correct timing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iu2uo65s ... page#t=74s
I guess you could call me a mediocre dubstep artist. I've been working on a song for the past maybe month or two just trying to tweak a few things up put in a few more wobble variations and this is probably the one that would really pack the punch. If anyone could just give me some pointers on how to go about making this that would be great. I use Massive at the moment, but I'm feeling that people like Cyberoptics, even if he uses massive, that isn't the only thing he uses. Anyway, thanks in advance! (I did search for several different key words in the forums for this and the ones that did come up didn't exactly help because they weren't the right sounds I was looking for.)
