well my friend tattoos in a shop that does them and he said it really didn't hurt.
but then again, he's all about downplaying the pain of something so he can watch their reactions when they actually listen to him.

ive heard it doesn't hurt near as bad a regular piercing but everyone is different

I know some trick that has 15 of em. like 12 in the shape of a heart on her ribs and then the other 3 are on her back.
