Never seen / heard about anyone using AIM except for this forum. Is it like irc?

Aim's used by pretty much all major dj's/amateur dj's alike because there's no limit on the size of file you can transfer direct P2P basically

Also any tunes are welcome. Play sets on an internet station very regularly (at least every two weeks sometimes every week) and at nights round here. Starting a label too and will send out the tunes for the first 12" to anyone who does any radio shows or mixes, blogs what ever that are feeling it for some promo.

Well it either has to do with the genres or the country, coz I don't know anyone who uses it and I've been active in the dj/music scene for a while now.

Sounds like it's great for file sharing, but there is no reason for me to try it
