Heard this tune on Chef's Rinse FM show a few days ago and didn't know what it was. I thought it was a Girl Unit production... turns out it's a tune by Wiz Khalifa called 'Taylor Gang'.
Such a tune! Gotta admit though, it does sound like Girl Unit

Surely Girl Unit sound like this style of hip-hop, and not vice versa? Heard stuff like this ages ago, i presumed that Girl Unit took major influence hence the 808 kicks, pitched snare rolls etc

Tunes like this are a dime-a-dozen...I have been listening to this style of music for years. Look up producers Shawty Redd, Lex Lugor, Zaytoven and or any mixtapes you can DL straight from RapGodfathers.
The first time I heard Girl Unit I was laughing because it was the first time I heard dirty south influence in someone from overseas.
