For example, post-Australian kangaroo crunk would be a cut time beat at 1 bpm, specifically using vocal samples from Australian tour guides and sounds of the tiger from Winnie the Pooh.

Oh yes, I'm a BIG fan of fjarnage, but it never hit the mainstream because DJs couldn't mix it with anything except for post-Australian kangaroo crunk, and also how a remarkably large amount of critics compared it to shoving cow dung deep into their ear holes until it reached their brain and caused permanent brain damage.
