Dat Arp - how do i recreate it?

Hello. I can't manage to recreate (by recreating i mean sequencing sounds) these acid bassline, arp patterns as seen in this tune: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cwAzqNpV2w
Can someone give a tip or more? I'd be really grateful. I felt in love with that style, and i desperately try to remake it whole day.
