Goes without saying, but the two halves of Instra:mental; Jon Convex and Boddika. Some huge tunes being produced by both guys recently.

ive been messing around with sort of similar sounds and style recently, trying to cut the fine edge between taking influence and blatant ripping off haha
Having put out instra:mental tunes , I get sent a lot of instra:mental sounding tunes and the main things that they lack is the thick / warm analogue sound , the reason being is that instra:mental used actual synths to create their sound , most of the imitators are using reason etc with classic synth patches and you can really hear the difference.
