A while back I stumbled across Sa Bat Machines - Sylvia, combining Dubstep with 20's and 30's swing..... I know there is a lot of ELECTRO-swing out there but I am looking for some stuff combining with Dubstep.....Ive been searching for a while and I'm really having trouble finding some! If you don't mind me picking your brains I'd really appreciate any help in this! Cheers guys!

combining words with "step" to describe what you're looking for is a surefire way not to get it

Are you referring to the Digital Mystikz kind of dubstep, or the Skrillex kind?

No, I can't think of any dubstep that sounds like the song you posted. But if you're looking for dubstep with swing in a more general sense check out any of the pre halfstep stuff from way back in the day. Here are some examples:
Ideally listen to these with a subwoofer or if you don't own one listen on the best quality headphones you have available that can pick up sub bass. Do not listen on laptop speakers. Enjoy!
