Presents? I think not.

So i'm just curious as to how you guys (and families) are doing presents for Xmas (Holidays). My whole family usually gives everyone presents in my extended family and then Christmas day just my parents and brother open gifts. We all usually get each other gifts and it's great. I even have a job now to afford it. But for some reason I haven't gotten anyone presents (this includes my parents and brother) but they all got me and each other presents. What's weird is that I don't even care. I don't have the desire to give them gifts and I couldn't tell you why and I have even told them that. Am I being too cold hearted or what? I feel like they will realize how much of an emotionless dickhead I am tomorrow morning but I guess it's too late now.
Sorry for the depressing rant.

I bought my GF presents this year, but that's it. I spoke to my parents yesterday and told them I didn't have anything for them as I didn't know what to buy them (true), and instead offered to take them out for a meal one day before I go back to London. They both thought that was a lovely idea. Problem solved.

I went through a couple years of it - just not really seeing the point because there was nothing anyone wanted, so it was just money for the sake of money.
Got my mam a puzzle, my dad a box, some hash and some rolling papers, my gally some sexy stuff, and my sister this picture of myself in a nice frame:
I already know what I'm getting - pretty much nothing. My girl got me a flask ages ago and is going to get it engraved, but she's too broke at the moment - my sister got me a t-shirt and my parents are going to give me a bit of spare change.
Christmas is getting old really.

I told my parents not to get me anything this year. They normally buy little things that I don't really want so i've got something to unwrap, but I don't care for that this year.
Tbh the best gift I'm getting is a few weeks of seeing family and friends with no work to be done

It's for the little kids imo.
I didn't even go to family dinner haha. In another city and it's too far.
I stopped doing the xmas thing long ago, I don't do birthdays either. I can barely remember when mine is lol oops. It all just seems like some forced social obligation that people just do out of habit.
