Master-Faders (Jamie Sho + Jams)

The duo, collectively known as the Master Faders, are well known for dishing out only the best in Dubstep, Jungle and Drum and Bass. Fresh off a recent move from both Edmonton & Calgary to Montreal to further their sound, they will be arriving in Edmonton just as they end their west coast tour in support of their new Master Faders project.
Jamie Sho - Sub:Stance/Articalclothing.com/DnB Lives Here

Starting in the late 90's in Ottawa, Jamie planted firm roots in the Canadian Jungle community focussing on the oldschool sounds of 94-95. Those roots have since grown to produce quite the ear salad. Topped with everything from Dubstep and Breaks to elements of the Garage spectrum. Using an old recipe for a thick ragga flavoured dressing Jamie Sho promises to serve up a dish any audio pallet will enjoy. Jamie's musical journey has taken him from Newfoundland to Hawaii. He spent several of the past few years living in Calgary where he shared the stage with such legends as; Chase & Status, Caspa, Emalkay, The Others, N-Type, Breakage, Untold, Toddla T, Friction, Dieselboy, Zeds Dead & Benny Page. Jamie has also played at some of the countries biggest music festivals including a prime-time set at Shambhala Music Festival this past summer.
Continuing with his forward momentum Jamie has recently moved to Montreal to focus primarily on production as well as several side projects including the new DJ duo Master Faders with his girlfriend Jams and the formation of a collective of DJs who strive to keep a high level of musicality and soul in their sound. This crew is appropriately named Sub:Stance.
JAMS - DnB Lives Here/DnB Girls of Canada/MdX
http://soundcloud.com/jams-1
http://www.facebook.com/jammingwithjams
As the main lady of DnB Lives Here, a collective of folks committed to growing and advancing DnB music culture across Canada. Her non-stop dedication has also earned her the reigns of the DnB Girls of Canada; a collective that pushes the sound of accomplished female artists across the country. Having placed 3rd out of 40 participants in her first ever DJ competition only 6months into her DJ career she’s subsequently went onto becoming the top female DJ in Edmonton before making her way out east. This talented lady now holds her own in the big bass leagues of Montreal and is not afraid to add a bit of a feminine touch to the aggressive bass so many of her counterparts are known for. Keep your eyes and ears open for up and coming Dj duo MASTER-FADERS, as Jamie Sho and Jams continue to push Bass Music to the next level.
