Hi all!

I wonder how much people charge for beats now days? I am working on a Dubstep EP to be released this year on my own label. The first tune is by the amazing Syrum and the video is being made end of March.

Where B is the BPM of the tune I'm producing, and x is the value in pence of the cost of the track. Obviously, faster tracks get charged more for, which is why Drum & Bass and Happy Hardcore are so profitable.

That depends if if they're really well done, mixed etc and what format they are.

I know a lot of people here spin vinyls, and some DIGI (and CDJ but you can burn discs so mehhh).

hmm way too commercial for my taste, but quite catchy and pretty well done (although some of those SC tracks could use another mixdown).
I'm sure someone will be interested, but this music isn't that "underground", but it's not filthy either so you should look for some daytime DJ's or less underground shows.

Lool u serious ? Dubstep wouldn't exist if it wernt for people like skream hatcha benga and horsepower among others, trying to break off from the mainstream....
