you dont sound like skrillex. but this is pretty cool. For the drop maybe you should think of a more original thing to do than just the kick in 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, etc. maybe highpass it or max the wet on the reverb right before the drop? also the one bass sound the really resonant raspy one should be turned down a little bit because it takes over the mix. I enjoyed it though.

I think I meant to say some of the sounds are skrillex inspired. For example the high resonance sound. Sounding like skrillex, or anyone, is kinda pointless in itself. I hope to sound as unique/recognizable as skrillex, not like him. Which is probably unlikely.
I usually have Fl Studio open on my desktop with the project I'm working on so I'm making anyone's suggested changes at my own discresion as they're posted.

I added a nice double kick (reduced velocity on first of the double kick) but I think I like the sound of the 1/4 "four on the floor" beat still.
I reduced the volume of the high resonace sound (when pointed out, it was quite overpowering)
And I used the master equalizer to lower the lower frequency sounds gradually prior to the drop.

I just followed you on soundcloud before realizing you posted here.

I'm still working on this, there is an extended intro too. It was only a sample, I plan on making a second drop with a different (yet similar) drop with some stuff changed up.

Yeh, nice ideas.
Do some sidechaining, to bring out the drums a bit more
