Portable Studio

So I already have a nice studio setup at home but it looks like I am going to start some 1week on 1week off work with a lot of flights to the mine. So to ensure i can keep on producing and learning I am looking to purchase a portable setup. Love to get some feedback on my choices and see if anyone else has anything they can suggest. Money at the moment is not a factor as the mines pay bloody well!
Been reading some review and am currently looking at purchasing the following:
i7 17inch MacBook Pro with 1tb drive (thinking of upgrading to a SSD or purchasing a seperate SSD for my samples)
Headphones: I already own some AKG K240 MKII but personally I don't find that these have enough bass. Anyone else using these and notice the same. The dynamic range is awesome but it just feels like it lacks the low end. Any other headphones that you can suggest?
Soundcard: Honestly no idea, I want something small and portable and it's only really going to be used for my headphones so I won't need inputs.
Keyboard: Was looking for a small 25 key controller with some assignable pots and pads. At the moment I'm thinking of going with the Akai MPK Mini Portable https://www.storedj.com.au/products/AKA-MPKMINI.
I think this is all i'm going to really need. I have plenty of plugins and no outboard gear. Love to get your feedback.
