Easy All,

just received one of Native Instruments lovely e-mails regarding a discount on Studio Drummer, selling it 50% for a limited time.

Going to be honest i've done 0% research on it, but am very keen on getting something other than the samples etc etc that i currently have, does anyone own studio drummer, and can tell me if it's worth it? (the price is very reasonable, going for just about half of what massive goes for.. $84 AUD)

If not, anyone else got similar they can recommend, is there like a "go to" instrument for drums?

if it is at all needed in the info, i run logic on a mac.

Cheers.

EDIT: the reason i'm asking, is usually i find all the time in the world to do my research, but i'm super busy at the moment after just returning from holiday and back into work etc, really appreciated!

Eh, it's a good VST for live drums. If your looking for realistic sounding drums, then go for it. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have any Bro sounds though. I'll have a look when i get home.

I got Komplete 8 for christmas. Studio drummer was a great addition to my collection! IMO worth the money especially at 50% off.
