Right now I have Logitech X-230. They're alright, but I just need more bass. The sub is only 30w if i recall and goes down to 40 hz. I need 20hz.
My budget is max 130 euros. I'm looking for some quality sound speakers without any distortion or audio deforming with flat eq and not trying to acquire some ''super bass'' sound like many cheap headphones have. Maybe you could even recommend me some monitors?

A lesson you need to learn is, "Buy cheap, buy twice". If I was you I would at least try to dish out 300 dollars (228 euros) on a pair of Mackie MR5's or KRK Rokit 5's, but with your price range you are pretty much limited to low end monitors like M-audio BX5's 1st Gen and M-Audio AV40's. Try to dish out that extra money to get something a bit better. Trust me, you aren't going to get bass at 130 Euros.

Above poster gave a pretty spot on rule of thumb, especially in terms of gear. However I've had a pair of Behrenger Truth monitors that were given to me for Christmas 6 years ago and they still sound as good as when I got them. I haven't tried any of their other gear, but the word around is to stay away from most Behrenger stuff. Though with these monitors I have to disagree. Don't get me wrong, they aren't going to show up in any top end studios of course, but they definitely have flat enough of a response and clarity for a home/bedroom studio and work well for multiple genres. You'll probably eventually want to add a sub if you're producing bass music (not mandatory though), but until then they should definitely be able to do the job of monitoring your space well. I crank mine regularly and have never had any damage or distortion. Plus depending on the specific model (there are a few in the Truth line), you should be able to easily find them listed online ranging from about $120-$200 U.S for the pair, if I remember correctly. Admittedly, I guess it is technically possible that my experience could be an aberration, but unless there are reports out that the factory quality of the Truths have declined in the last 6 years i highly recommend them for a producer on a budget and I love mine.
