Very big tune indeed but may be a while in comin still...
I will find out off the relevant parties whats happenin with it
Difficult to release stuff these days cos sales are so crap.
A tune like this could be massive with a D&B mix on the B side or even a 4x4 mix but people just wanna buy within their purist genre.
Start a label, have faith in the quality of the tune, pay the artists properly then it will come out, basically:)

Hi folks.

Good to see there's some interest here.

There are more mixes on the way, including a DnB version, but they are taking their time because I am working away from my home (studio) at the moment.

If anyone is interested in releasing, we are open to offers at the moment. Just bear in mind that there are two of us involved, the producer and an internationally renowned singer.
It has to be properly worth our while. Considering who is involved it would not be too difficult to summon up a bit of press interest.

You can contact me best through my myspace account

or email me at

I seeeeee.

I will probably stick something up soon, I'm working away from my studio at the mo so I can't upload anything.

The halfstep mix is pretty minimal to be honest. The vocals have been taken from a breakbeat track we did, and I've used just a few syllables and textures from the vocal to add 'atmosphere'.

Yes, Kirsty is amazing isn't she. Her solo album 'OUT' is probably my favourite vocal album from a UK artist. It has been a total honour to work with her. She's really down to earth and seems lovely from our chats.

She's just soooooo busy, it has taken ages to sort everything out. Shes got two very young kids and she manages herself...

There's no way I want to let this one lie though. It MUST see the light of day.

An update to this thread,

OUT OF REACH, Hue Jah Fink? vs Kirsty Hawkshaw

this is finally being released on BINARY FEEDBACK

Darkest Dub mix you have already heard in Starkey and Warlocks mixes, but there is now a fresh mix 'The Tempest' that is darker than a black hole. Here's a couple of quotes about "The Tempest" mix

"This is a complete banger of a tune. The drop on it is mental."
Warlock, Rag n Bone, SUB FM

"Evil and scary darkness soundscape. Quality production and massive basslineage....fcking wicked track. Cheers."
Ben Nish Nish (Fluid, the westbury, & Egg, London)

DJ support has been from Starkey, Warlock, Stormfield, Acid Jacks, Freq Nasty, Ben Nish Nish and more......

Will be available on Juno, Beatport and loads of other online shops....

Cheers
