I've been looking up a lot about the whole complexity of the saw wave but one sound i cannot fit my head around is the exact level of power that the Saw wave that NERO uses in a majority of their songs. Everything from Doomsday n Promises to Innocence n Something Else... Please! if anyone has the know how to achieve these songs with grand sound please share!

I've noticed this as well. Nero's basses are simple in terms of the waveforms but they have this sort of dynamic sound to them. Lots of chorus. They also use a lot of white noise to fill those spaces. To make the sound seem very full. Not exactly bitcrushing, but honestly just some white noise is what I think gives them that full mix sound.

I do believe that white noise has to be a factor they even use it in their DJ sets to do the same in some cases (to fill out the space)
Although their must be a specific sound/effect/filter that creates that static of distortion that is so modulated in very specific ways just like in Promises... I would love to have that sound added to my patch collection if i ever encounter a time where this can be perfect.
