Only really watched Louis CK in the last few weeks and he's my favourite comedian at the moment, For brits, Micky is about the funniest in mainstream telly, But I can see him getting old too quick, on too many programs etc etc

Micky Flanagan has been on the comedy circuit for good a few years, he's only getting TV attention now because this new wave of middle-class 'Alt' comedians are about as funny as AIDS and audiences are bored with it, so they want genuinely funny people and Micky is one of them, I don't think his style of comedy suits TV personally, I can imagine he gets edited to fuck.

Ye man I saw him a few years ago at the comedy store & he had me in stitches. My stomach actually hurt from laughin to much!

I was chatting with my uncle the other day about him and he went to see him about 12 years ago when he was still very underground - he said his act has changed alot, most noticeably in that he no longer uses fuck, shit and tnuc every other word.

^^ sean lock is a funny fucker aswell, always loved his jokes. He was almost the only reason why i used to watch 8 out of 10 cats (or was it mock the week?)

Don't know what it is about stand up but i never find it funny. Theres one guy i really hate at the moment, he's pretty posh with skinny trousers and elvis hair, don't know his name

funny, but he's not baring his soul (which is what the best stand-ups do). i could prolly watch him for ages, but feel vaguely unsatisfied.
