it's a staple of jungle and drum and bass...
this is kinda the classic that made the reese big
the reese at ~4:30 is just ughhhhhh
it's called a reese, you can find millions of tutorials on how to do them, but basically it's two detuned saw waves with some nice distortion on top. filter to taste (lowpass works best), modulation keeps it interesting
