if this is really your first ever song like it advertises in the title, that's pretty impressive because my first song didnt even sound like music lol. the high pitched click gets on my nerves. nice melodies and good progression. i especially liked the last third of the song

This great for a first track! try adding some body to the snare, the high snare sound is peng though. turn the sound down on that high click, it's too high in the mix. try adding a second bass line too, using a sine wave at a low frequency, then use a high pass filter on the bass sound so the frequencies don't get muddled. That kick is really nice though, I'm loving it.
