I had no idea who Kasra was til this point, ive kinda lost track of the dnb scene, but im currently locked in and its a fucking brilliant mix, i would recommend this to anyone. thoughts/ reactions ?? to me its kind of got those deep rolling baselines; minimalistic, yet quite complex at times, drum patterns and in general, quite techy but in the good sense. also a lot of variation.

haven't actually got it yet but pre-ordered and super hyped about it. saw kasra play a DJ set a couple of weeks ago and it was the best d&b set i've seen for a long time. plus critical is an amazing label so there's no going wrong really is there!

got the one hour radio promo mix yesterday - all bad and I can not identify with it

Kasra is sick and runs a great label with the right intentions. I've been looking forward to this mix.

well this is controversial, especially on the DSF but i thought pinch's "techy" dubstep was pretty dull and predictable...

liking the cd, not the best fabric mix i've got, was hoping for more from kasra but definitely a decent effort.
next one is from digital soundboy though... not sure how that's gonna go, their output has been a bit all over the place recently.

also was just thinking earlier that lots of the label-heads that have nights at fabric have been doing the cd's recently, like pinch, goldie, marky, jackmaster, pearson sound etc so what would be the odds of kode9 doing one soon? that would be pretty darn awesome

god that would be great, his DJ Kicks album was pretty banging but I think a Fabric mix from himself would be top notch
