my synths on ableton have disappeared!!!

can someone help me they literally just disapeared and now it says samples not found, tried loadin ableton on again but nothing happened when i did! mate its fucked can someone please help>???

can someone please help me iv reinstalled it and now theres nothing in the instrument rack or the impulse even though it says the live basics are installed!!! help would really really be appreciated

go in to the ableton folder via programs in my computer and look in the you will find the lessons pack and the instrument pack just click on them to loas them (i only found mine recently diddnt know ableton came with them lol)

dunno if that'll fix it, but check out what was mentioned in there.
worst comes to worst why not just call ableton's support? im sure they have a number...
