I figured this was legit earlier, seems okay. I didn't really get why people started trolling the thread :S

can you polish turds? i dont consider myself good enough to get my tracks mastered but maybe ill try one just to hear the difference it can make. do you take USD?

Thank you as long as I keep getting 10+ masters a day come through the door I won't be changing my pricing. I'm here for the artists not for the money. I work with so many great artist trying so hard to get signed and sometimes all they need is their tracks to be mixed and mastered correctly. this isn't always the case but it does help. I spend at least 3hours of my day taking artist tracks doing a quick master of their track sending them a sample to show them this is what we can do for you. I do not mind doing this for artist because they then understand that a good master is as important as a good mix.

If anyone wants to have a sample master made send your tracks to paulashmorepersonal@googlemail.com and I should be able to have it back to you in 24 hours depending on how many masters I have for the day.

I'm just hear to help mate Im lucky enough to own alot of high end studio gear you'd have to pay a lot of money to use. What better way to share my gear than to offer it at a bargain price where we all can benefit from it. I get to do what I love 24 hours a day if the missus will let me and you guys get top quality mastering for £10 at a studio that cost me £20,000+.

I wondered the same thing. It was my first post on here and I thought maybe I'd posted on a young forum where people thought running ozone on their mix was the equivilant of having a professional master done. I don't ask a lot I don't charge before hand im hear for the artist not for myself. I've got a legit service im quite happy to share with anyone that want to contact me. I wish id had this opportunity when I was trying to make it in this tough industry.

I take it by usd your referring to us dollar? If so yes every transaction is through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account you can pay by card. But it is all through PayPal so its as safe as you can get. As far as polishing turds go I'm sure your underestimating yourself. if you need help on mixes send it over to me and I'll happily tell you what I feel is wrong with it or what rights with it.

Obvisipusly a master can only be as good as the mix if you send a track that's mixed ok and sounds ok I get it sounding good. If you send me over a mix with a stereo signal as wide as j-lo's arse and lovely clean sounds I can get that stereo signal sounding huge and sounds sounding so rich and solid.

I can gold plate a turd polish it up but at the end of the day it's still a turd in disguise. More often than not your tracks fine I suggest you send it over and have a listen to what I can do for you. Then if in the future you have a track you are happy with submitting submit it. Don't ever put yourself down we were all in your shoes once. Keep doing what your doing. Dubstep was created from people like yourself who didn't nessarrally know what they were doing and in turn by messing around with massive created a whole new genre that quite simply has taken the world by storm.

what a good response, you seem like quite the genuine guy. when i finish my first ep ill definitely consider you for it! as of right now the tunes i think are decent enough to master i would like to do some touch ups before i send in so ive got nothing to give you quite yet. big up for the service

No worries its always best to get everything perfect don't rush these things. We sometimes spend months getting a track ready to be finalised for mastering. When your ready submit your track I look forward to hearing from you

awesome response bud. much appreciated. i guess everyone tends to be their own biggest critic which isn't a bad thing. but in all seriousness i am very new to producing and compared to others my tracks are in fact turds. but its a learning process like you were mentioning. for your prices though ill definitely give it a go sometime in the very near future, perhaps the track im working on now. maybe once im done with it ill send it over to you, then you can give me a few mixing tips and ill send it back to you for the master. i think it will be a good learning experience and nice to see what my track can sound like.

also since you seem like such a down to earth dude ill throw anyone i hear that needs a master at you.

Just a quick point: if anyone does end up getting a master done through this service it would be awesome if you could upload an A/B of your track mastered/unmastered on SC, just to get a good comparison.

Hey guys I have no idea so can someone enlighten me, when I want a track mastered do I just send the audio file of the final track to the ME and he/she works some voodoo magic to make it sound crisper, louder, etc, or do I bounce out the stems and send them all to the ME?
