I want to make something similar but tweak it even more. Any adivce?

Sounds like it could be an FM waveform, it's got that sort of 'drill' sound to it, which also means it's played quite far up the keyboard.

It's really about playing around to find just the right timbre before you apply any FX to it. Mess about with FM or wavetable synthesis, stay away from standard subtractive saw/square/triangle stuff or 'complex' wavetable type waveforms because they've all on the most part got much more dissonant timbres (more akin to 'noise' than the resonant harmonics apparent in that sound).

It also sounds like it's got distortion added, you can hear the high frequency grit/hiss and filter resonance (an area of the pitch register is being pushed which is dominating the other timbres in the sound) There also might be some very subtle small rooom reverb with a very short tail, which widens it slightly, and possibly also some very very slight unison or detuning.

That's about as much as i can give you, play about and see what you come up with.

massive, squ-saw waveform. Turn it to formant and turn the intensity all the way up. If you want, add an envelope to the intensity to make it open up a bit more. enjoy!

Osc 1 saw -2 octaves.
Osc 2 saw.
