Midi Controller Mapping Problems

Ok, so i have an m audio oxygen 8 v2 with the twisty knobs... they have stopped working. traktor/reason recognise them but seem to think i am twisting the same knob everytime, makes mixing quite awkward, got so used t having eq faders, and means i can't do any hands on modulation. all my keys still work fine, just not the twisty knobs and the transport controls... someone please help me! (ive tried: update drivers, change usb ports)
