Should I Move?

Right now I have a sick deal. Im living in a studio, and its big for a studio. I live right in my towns shoping center, like i got out the door and cross the road and in on the hight street and it easy to get a buss anywhere. For reasons I dont want to go into I only have to pay £8 a week rent and I dont have to pay utilities.
Only problem is I live next to the Salvation Army. The crack head and homeless dicks are not allowed to drink outside the front of the Salvation Army so they like to stand right in front of my door, drinking and taking drugs. Also they are always asking me if i have any change and cigarettes witch pisses me off. I always so no but they always ask.
Today I was toled that I can move into a 1 bedroom flat but I would have to pay utilities but no rent or council tax.
I need an idea of how much more I will be paying if I moved.
Where do you guys live and how much do you pay in gas, electric and water and how often do you pay it ?
Would you move if you lived where i live? Its really handy to live 5 minits from the station and in the town center but the crack head are a bit shit.

With my monthly power and phone bill alone I could be living in your place for a few months.

I don't know whose dick your sucking or whatever but you got it sweet by the sounds of things.

Utilities will probably cost you £30-50 a month, depending on usage. Gas, electricity and water bills can be paid quarterly, water is usually half yearly. Gas and electricity companies will try to get you on to a monthly direct debit where you overpay for a year before they credit the money back to you.

Nothing to be ashamed of mate, that's what it's for, standard, and the fact you are not getting the full rent paid for a studio suggests it's overpriced.

You think that much for a 1 bedroom flat. I might do it, I do have the money if its only that much but I also like the lifestyle I live.
I keep on thinking tho a 1 bedroom flat would be sick but then I think living in the town center is also sick.

Stay in current place, invest saved money into security gate/door/window?
Get a few people around you to keep complaining about the crack problem. Enough noise might make cops start handling it on the area and the crackheads will most likely move on when the area gets hot (huge maybe, depends on local police and how much they give a shit...).

Can I just ask you, how long have you been getting housing for a centralised flat? As I knew it LHA are reluctant to pay for central living as it's the most expensive.
