At the 3:00 mark ive spent many hours learning how to use fm8 like the other vsts, but still have troubles tweaking it correctly so here i am asking you more experienced members for help

Sounds like it has a vocal filter on the "a" vowel. Maybe something like sugarbites WOW filter could help you get that sound with the overdrive turned up. Other than that I have no idea, never heard anything like it before.

Yeah, i was very very excited when i heard that bass drop; i would freaking LOVE to learn how to make it or something similar!
hopefully i figure it out myself soon or someone more experienced then me helps me out on here either way its pretty fun to try and see what i can get.
ive gotten way closer to replicating it with massive but... hopefully someone can help me out; thanks for your input though :]
OH and is that filter free or does it cost money?

Unfortunately it costs money now but it should be fairly cheap now.

I made this Post because its a certain sound i would like to replicate, i know there are posts on synthesis itself but not for this distinct sound / bass sorry i should have been more elaborate with explaining this thread im still new to this forum stuff lol.
