Snares need more hit and not a swoop- otherwise it doesn't feel like a hip hop beat. And as for the missing bass, either give the tune some bass or give it to the kicks. Otherwise- its creative and well-worked on.
P.S.- the hats- don't be afraid to play around with them- it makes a difference.

Thanks for the feedback dude. I'l have a have play around with it and take on your advise!
