Cover art for the album is done by one of the biggest artist in U.S underground tatoo/extreme death metal scenes. Jon Zig was reposible for cover arts for Immolation, Disgorge, Sinister, Pyaemia and his artwork continues to command a powerful presence in the brutal death/grind scene.
