What exactly do you think Dub is?

Well dub is a subgenre of reggae truely, but in the sense of DUBSTEPforum.com i think you can figure it out.

I like the cold pad on the drop its nice and makes an interesting soundscape. Good structure too. Obviously you're not going for the "banger" sound which is refreshing, and its always nice to get some older flavors going. Overall I like this and you kept me listening the whole way through.

Well, to be honest that just tells me you're being ignorant. Dub is not a subgenre of reggae, it's it's on genre.
And particularly when you post your tune with "Old School Dub" in the title, dubstep, let alone whatever the fuck I just listened to is not what I have in mind. I don't know how you expect people to critique the dynamics of a peice of music in order to help you achieve the desired effect when you, the person who made it, doesn't seem to know a great deal about it themselves.

For one, I'm definitely not ignorant. Secondly, at what point was i arrogant? Was i saying i just made one of the nicest tracks out there? some of the mid range sounds too loud imo, and the drums could use some some volume/ eqing maybe, but overall this is a cool track. I particularity like the pads/ambiance and the atmosphere/ sample. good work
Regrading the dub argument, genera names are murky as hell nowadays. no need to get overly angry.

I could be dishonest and say it is horrible and give you no FEEDBACK, but i think it's a very nice track with good production value, but the melody was a bit repetitive for a 1:44 intro. Nice song though, honest.
