Ive done quite a large amount of this, not seen that doc tho. Its the only banned substance that I wouldnt actually call a drug, its in its own league.
Reading up on Erowid is the best way to get info.

Sensory impairment is a bit of an understatement I'd say. You basically vanish for a while.

Where do you live that it's banned Terpit? I know it's scheduled in most western countries, but it's pretty hard to actually ban something that is found naturally in so many different places/things. Probably harder to get rid of than weed, but way way way easier to get away with/grow/extract/hide.

I live in Dubai, but practically ever Western country considers possession to be a criminal offence (im not talking about root bark possession, I mean having the raw extract) and i can imagine getting caught extracting it would get you in as much trouble as manufacturing amphetamines - I just made that up tho.

I've been caught with it, no one seemed to care because they didn't know what it was. They could send it away to test it, but that costs a lot of money and unless you have huge jugs of it usually you're okay (not so much for places like Dubai yeah). In the US members of certain religious groups are allowed to extract it and use it now, just have to give some proof you are serious about it. There;s also some research chemical analogues of it floating around, but I would stick to the natural stuff if you are looking to try it IMO.

Yes. I realised that everything is connected, and this reality that we see is only one plateau of existence. There is so much that we can't comprehend going on around us.

I 'learnt' that the only important/real thing is perception. I usually think about that whole, if a tree falls in the woods does anyone hear it thing afterwards.

They use it in neuroscience experiments to produce symptoms of schizophrenia......affected one of my friends quite badly too. But I guess some people may draw some positives using it.
