Possibly the biggest lineup i've seen over the whole genre in one night? (Looking at the Friday) This actually looks like it could be a festival. :o I believe it's a Rinse present to! Big ups to them!

The Saturday doesnt look to bad either, mind you!

i think the friday has too many dj's/acts on...its gonna be a maximum 1 hour set for everyone....i'm gonna get tickets for the sat though.....apparently there are going to be less nights but bigger lineups....anybody go at easter? how many rooms/people does it fit?

I went at Easter. They tried two different capacities. I went in the Sunday which was the bigger allocation of tickets. Think there was 16000 people in there. Felt very illegal rave like with people always charging around and everywhere feeling crowded. I didn't mind it at all really it was an experience. Lot of people complained tho so would expect to see less people in there in the future.

Venue is huge tho. Room 2 is almost as big as room 1 underneath Piccadilly

I went at easter 2. I had a great time thought the sound was good considering the venue is HUGE! I know what your saying about the charging around to get to certain peoples set times though. Got caught up in it tryna go see XXXY

Would definitely recommend :4:

I think people were just charging around because the venue was new to them. Bit like a fun house people just wanted to see what was going on in every room and were also getting there barings. Add that to the amount of people off there heads just stomping about and it was quite hectic.

Apparently security couldnt handle it but i was to spandangled to notice and/or give a shit.

Been WHP 4 years in a row this year and the friday is probably the best lineup i've seen.. however they may have loads of clashes. I really wanna see some of the grime DJs which I assume will be in room 2. Oneman, Kode9 and Loefah are unmissable at any event for me.. Ben UFO, Jackmaster, Pearson Sound, Yunx, Icicle i'd love to see as well. Luckily 7pm-4am is a loooong time so will see a shit load of amazing sets.

Saturday is 6pm-4am so the sets should be loooooong! Really looking forward to some of the sets on the saturday, i've not seen any of those.. Joy O and Jackmaster i've seen but b2b should be something special!

Theres a 3rd room as well but its rather small in comparison to the others. I think anyway..

Room 1 is absolutely huge...

It kinda reminds me of Gashouder in Amsterdam but shit that place is something else.

Like i said Room 2 is almost as big as the big room at the last place. Its proper long iirc.

There is like a sitting room next to room 2 which is just as long too but not as wide i think? Either way the venue is pretty much massive. Will be interesting to see who plays in which rooms. Room 1 kinda suited people like Loco Dice and Jamie Jones because as we know they are much more known world wide but even tho i'd love to see Oneman, Ben UFO, Jackmaster, Youngsta play in such a large room to all those people I just dont see it.. I guess they may play in front of even more people at festivals but im used to seeing these guys in smaller club environments with a couple of hundred people.

This. That's my only concern with the Friday lineup, scared I'm going to miss a few DJ's that I want to see, bound to be clashes.

I never went to the Easter parties, is the atmosphere lost in the huge spaces?

Also, any ninja's fancy linking up for the Friday event?

kinda glad it changed venue, was vip a couple times last year i didn't want to have to go there again and not be able to go chill on sofas with a private bar whenever i was feeling a bit too fucked haha.

Skream's doing another 3 hour set in Loughborough for a night some mates are putting on. Seems to be his thang at the moment.
