So my mate turns 20 on August 22nd, thinking of helping him book somewhere abroad so as to celebrate in the sun, and not in the world of rain that the UK has been recently and probably will be for a long time yet. Where on the warm side of Europe is there a good scene for dubstep? Or Drum and Bass for that matter. Looking to avoid La Bomba crap if I can.

Outlook is just after when we can go, the dates we have are around the 22nd.
