i got the idea for this song when i was sitting in a bar and all the background noise the chatter of guests and waiters sorta died away and my thoughts became the only thing that i heard. ive felt that so many times before--even though im in a busy place surrounded by people and noises, im still alone with a thousand things going on in my head.
