Ok, new genre getting big out there, i cant say its a formal genre, probably gonna get another name, like post-dubstep turned out to be future garage after all, but, what do you think about it? It has some SICK artist like Lunice, Hudmo, RL Grimes awesome release, now is going to the mainstream by people like moombah king's Munchi and his Rotterdan Trap EP, but even getting radio-friendly, its totally sub-bass based, at least until now. Will it get filled by annoying mid-bass frequencies by people like skr00lixxxx or something like this? Or will it grow straight boom-bass oriented and get just a niche crowd?
Here, just some random example:

Like the sounds, to an extent but don't know much about it.
Anyone got good instrumentals? Don't have to be instrumentals but some of the vox do my head in.
Also, that 'Booty 2 Tha Ground' track is pretty shit.

No, I think that's pretty much hit the nail on the head. It's those Southern rap instrumentals with the big 808s and sometimes-fast hi-hats. My description is probably wank, but that's how I see it.

Trap? New? lolololololololol
Get me off this planet, guessin' this is something else hipsters want to jump on now yeah?, after their lil love affair with RnB.
Hipsters basically recycle 'black' culture and try and wear it with such exclusivity that they forget where it actually originated.

I was under the impression that everyone knew that Trap was really old? But, yeah, the hipsters have decided they're interested. Most likely due to that Dragg shit or whatever it was called. Goth-Trap.

What Rayman and Blazey said.
Not sure about re-invention ..... people will borrow from anywhere these days.
