bouncing midi and sends to audio in ableton

hey guys,
i often bounce my audio to stems but it doesnt seem to record the sends that the audio is going through. i use the freeze method and flattening but the sends dont seem to incorporate. anyone have any suggestions?

The sends are separate tracks from the track you are freezing/flattening, the send levels should be the same when the track is flattened so it will sound the same, but if your going to want the send effects in the flattened audio file you will have to route the output to another audio track and record it. That would be the way i would do it.

here's the workaround. use racks to create a 100% reverb at -12db for example running in parrallel to the clean track at 0db. This is exactly what sends do, but in your rack. I find it much easier to mix in parallel that way as opposed to using sends in ableton. they get messy for me, I just bus everything. to each their own.
