50 could still be on its way, I remember medi-10 was delayed compared to the numbering, and this was a Mala release... Could be some kind of small anniversary thing again.

Deep Medi are suspicious of multiples of 10, same way that many hotels don't have a 13th floor.

well, he DID appear with his sole release on Deep Medi as no. 10... if labels didn't want milestone releases, then they should drop the number sequences and just use the barcode reference in a major label manner.
