So basically whenever I run FL Studio & Google Chrome at the same time I can only get audio output from either one of them, if I have YouTube open and then decide to open up FL Studio I have to exit from YouTube because FL Studio won't play any sounds when I'm using ASIO4ALL?

That's just untrue, there are other ASIO drivers that work differently. I'm currently using the ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Driver. It doesn't do that.

but why do you need to have other things going on while producing? i understand if you'd want to skype or sth but if you want to listen to youtube tutorials on how to be skrillex while being in fl then

yeah, but I guess yours asio was bundled to work with an specific audio interface/card/daw, we are talking about asio4all and fl combo here

only thing i've found good for dealing with this issue is checking the auto close thingy in audio settings (right to the driver/soundcard selection)

the best solution is to have 2 soundcards
you can have the master one, which will be used for production
and the slave one for music, youtube tutorials, whatever

lets say you have your master, you can buy an usb audio stick with headphones output and mic input, i dont know they are sure below 20$
but i personally would like to deal with these driver limits, than using an usb audio sticks for 20$

but if you are going to buy an professional audio interface, then it's fine using that one as master, and your built in card as slave

It's the ASIO driver that came with Cubase AI4 for me. I'm using a different DAW now but I selected to use this driver instead, because it doesn't lock up audio. Because my computer is kinda new I don't have latency issues anyway, so there's no real benefit in locking up the other audio.

I use Cubase 5 among other things, fruity loops looks too childish and simple for me to take it seriously. As far as what I do when I'm producing, it could be anything from instant messages, listening to the exported .wav or .mp3 I just made (to check to see it went right), any number of audio applications. I like to produce for a few hours at a time anyway, while I do other things.

Not even the same DAW. I'll link the folder my ASIO driver is in after I zip it up. I don't think there's any reason it would be a problem, but if there is let me know, mods or whoever.

Just unzip it and take a look. There's the .dll for the driver as well as some kind of setup file, but I don't know what will be required to make it communicate with your DAW. I'd just try putting it in a few places, see what happens.

Your browser and any other programs does use your soundcard and fl uses Asio so this is why you cant play these 2 at the same time.
Except you can go to the audio options in fl and change the audio device to your soundcard and then you can watch youtube and play things in fl

Just enable/disable the 'auto-close device' and 'release driver in background' options that all DAWs have.

It doesn't always work though. Especially with ASIO4ALL.

I don't use ASIO4ALL but when I did I never had a problem with it. You could also switch your primary sound driver to default Windows sound or whatever it's called.
Anyway think of it as a positive thing. It helps you stay on task and away from wasting time on stuff like youtube when using your DAW. That's why I never even had internet on studio computers, too many ways to get lost online.

auto close has always worked fine for me with ASIO4ALL.
