mindless bullshit or er does this make sense? saw this the other day on facebook..not copypasta this was written by some kid around the same age as i am. (young, 18)
"When am I going to access the true potential of this planet in a way that I wont have to try to dream, but instantly on command, I can "be" in the very sense of the two letter word, without question, or answer, or body, just as a bodiless deaf, blind, and numb soul will I float in the currents of time, in the ocean of the universe, passing the bubbles of life as they disperse into a billion smaller bubbles, reminding me of the possibilities in every situation that arises, and the potential to find beneficial outcome from every one. Perhaps eventually when I awake from this brief moment of yet an eternal dream, I will remember nothing, but understood it shall all remain, embodied in one emotion; appreciation of a blue marble planet. Whether it be the odds or the gods, is the mystery important to keep us staring into space, because whichever of the two it may be, we are in their favor, and it is more important to enjoy that then to know it."
should this go in the "unpopular" opinions thread?

in gnosticism, we call people who have higher circuit activations pneumatics. people who have the potential for them are known as psychics. people incapable of the experience are known as hylics, or somatics.

you're a somatic. that dude is likely psychic. could be a pneumatic.

decent grade-level creative writing for an 18 year old, if you ask me. i think most people with a similar vocabulary can relate to these sort of navel-gazing introverted ramblings, whether they post them on fb or keep it to themselves.

ouch... i suppose ad hominem arguments are standard protocol for self-appointed 'pneumatics' then... you'd think a higher level of understanding would grant one with slightly sharper tools.

Then it sounds like it`s missing the point to me...
...because whichever of the two it may be...
I.e. there is no two for it to be
