not really considering the amount of idiots that use dub as shorthand for dubstep ignoring the genre of dub
i got told by some skrillex kiddo king tubby wasnt "dub" the other day
had he been 18+ i might have punched him

so we hate "Brostep"?
i'm really not into making Dubstep or "Brostep?!" genre.
even though i gave an example (to beginner musicians), of how to make this rhythm.
now you can watch this and try to take something from this, or make wiseguy comments, which i think most of you prefer the second option.

But it just looks so fucking stupid, it's almost as bad as "Dub Step", or Typing Every Word With A Capital Letter, or generally bad grammer.

I think everyone posting in this thread is past the drum programming phase.

heh pretty much any non name from p[ast 06-08 are idiocy when it come to the genre
its why this board has gone to shit along with the genre
it's not skrillexes fault
it's the followers and copycats
the idiots calling dubstep dub are a small minority of the idiots
if you dont know dubstep then whatever

think its a good example of how to structure and modulate a track for people wanting to learn . ( bearing in mind its only a short example.) Love the dub tune vid as well. Always good to see things like this. Let the haters hate!!!! Big ups for actually taking time out to do something

uh , i didn't knew that everyone in this forum are already experts.. my bad! (:
well i don't know who's watching this video beforehand, but i'm sure that there are some people who just got into making music (and wondering "how to") and it might be help, just maybe.
if there was a section "beginners", i assure you i would post it right there.
but this is irrelevant.

I'm honestly surprised you haven't seen it yourself, the amount of times I've seen it written "Dupstep" or "DuPStep" is ridiculous.
