Anything happening in Southampton yet? I've just moved down here on my todd for a job and need a dosage of bass from somewhere. I've seen that subliminal night in Portsmouth on Facebook, but they don't seem to have held any events since May.

I used to live in southampton it's pretty dry, used to be a decent reggae night run at the soul cellar by the uplifter but dunno if that's still going. There was also a club called Junk which was alright nothing special.

i live quite close when not at uni, only ever been to soul cellar for some hip hop tings and junk a couple times. Been good when i've been out there

^^^ yes. im at southampton doing digital music, only been out a handful of times in soton... but always make the trip to london for system ect.

Wax isn't about anymore is it? House and techno just took over junk. No logo is pretty good, the system in cellar is pretty shit though..

Pretty sure it is, probably just not doing anything over the summer as it's a uni town. Release as well actually. When I went to Cellar last they got a system in so it was alright, nice little venue. The cellar looks like a great little venue. Shame about the system but if you can bring one in like DRTY says that shouldn't be a problem. Just need to get settled in the job a bit more and then I can start having a look around. PM'ed you Bassweights
