Probably don't exist. What kind of instruments are you looking for SFs for?

An old sample format. I doubt you'll find 'dubstep' soundfonts, or soundfonts for any genre besides maybe hip hop and 90s house. It's pretty much an abandoned format, but I still use it. Great for orchestral sounds and sound effects mostly.

I hope most of this is sarcasm. Soundfonts are still very widely used. As a matter of fact a lot of orchestral VSTs are actually just a large collection of soundfonts. You'll find soundfont collections for several styles of music. I used to have a huge collection of them for Hardstyle, trance and house. I think it's likely that some producers do have some soundfonts with dubstep in mind but they are probably created for personal use and they aren't really out on the internet. You'll just have to dig in and try to make the sounds you want yourself.

Some synths still use sfz as input waves for oscillators.
All old FM7 presets are available as sfz.
Loads of multi-sampled orchestral, soundeffect, etc. libraries are available as sfz formats.

soundfonts rule, but a dubstep soundfont sounds really lame. soundfonts are good for cheesy 90s midi sounds, not wubwub wubbing

I got something like strings and violin etc soundfont banks and i think they are useful for pads and things like that

Well most sfz are multisampled so it's not like playing a single note from a sampler.
Each note has been recorded at it's correct frequency.
