How do you adjust pitch and tempo on sample loops?

I just bought Vengeance's Dubstep Essentials - 2500 samples - organizing in Kontakt and Battery now - something is baffling me. In Kontakt I am slicing up the looped phrase samples and it applies MIDI notes to every 1/8 or 1/4 (or whatever) note so you can articulate musically. However, if the sample is @ 140 BPM and I want the sequence to be @ 130, and I want it to be in the same key, it isn't lining up, it's too fast or too slow. Also all the phrase samples are in C - what if the song is in G - any way to transpose keeping the same tempo without mangling the audio to where it sounds bad? Any suggestions? I work in Digital Performer where you can stretch audio, etc, but it doesn't automatically convert to the sequence tempo like I hear Albeton does. Thanks.
