2 sausages, chipolata type, lamb NOT beef casings, waitrose brand, grilled

5 slices bacon, smoked Danish type, thin cut, grilled

New potatoes, several, par-boiled then sauteed.

Instant coffee, decaff, fairtrade brand, cream, sweetener

I packed my gat in my thomas the tank lunchbox.



seriously...pasta and veg - boring.

Gotta lamb roast for tonight though.

Organic vegetable juice.
Organic spicy Thai trail mix.

1. bananas are nasty and squishy....ew.

2. and yeah that lunch does sound slammin. today i have a boca burger. not bad but im starving now...if i eat it now for breakfast, ill end up with nothing for the next 10 hours of my work day. ihohdjkhnfkjnidsfhiodhsnkfjsdjh.....i want breakfast!

boca burgers = so hot right now. their tasty oh and bananas, if ripened properly, are a beautiful thing.

actually it is a morning star vegan style griller burger. SO much better. it will change your life. seriously. its one of the only things im addicted to as far as craving it any time of the day.

mmmm...i want it now. i dont want to wait another 2 hours for lunch.

boca burgers/ morning star/ etc. i dig the veggy burgers, even if im not a vegitarian. im hungry too now.... course i havent had lunch yet.
