Yes, it is (probably) possible.
If you have a soundcard that supports midi, just route the midi auto from your keyboard to the soundcard (and probably adjust some parameters in your daw)
There are also little hardware devices that goes from normal midi to usb midi. Same principle as the soundcard. I think roland has a pretty decent one for a pretty good price.

i forgot to mention, this organ has two outputs: dc in and headphones/aux out

why don't you just buy this
shipping to where i live costs 10 times more than the piano itself :o
my brothers used to play on it when they were young, so this organ isn't just plastic to me

If it has no MIDI I/Os it's probably going to very difficult to make it a MIDI keyboard...probably better off buying a MIDI Keyboard.

Yea man...as far as I know you are talking a serious mod that isn't worth your time unless you just like doing that kinda stuff. Where are you that you can't get buy a set of keys and get it shipped to you?!

Just a thought if you just want to record melodies from it, you could plug it into a line input on your computer and use something like Melodyne to get the midi data from the notes. Would probably be best if there is an instrument close to a sine wave on the keyboard.

I see. Wish I had better suggestion for you, but I really don't :/ You've no music shops that sell these kinds of products?

That is a large difference. That's pretty terrible as this production thing tends to become an expensive hobby! Maybe you can find a place that sells used items.

^I would make the drive then. I have to drive about twenty minutes just by a quarter inch instrument cable! I don't know if you have pawn shops, but they can be a place to look for gear as well. Occasionally a pawn shop won't even know what they really have and sell it for cheap (though they usually error on the side of too expensive).
