If I am using a sound effect from a movie, let's say the clicking noise from the movie Predators, is that against copyright? Or would I legally be allowed to sell a track with that noise on it.

Really need an answer to this someone please reply :/

im not even joking, i don't know what country your in, but in most parts in the world (i know it is here in the UK and also in the USA) it's called "intent to infringe".

no worries, as long as you flag your post for deletion it shouldn't be any problem, the worst they would do is just send you a letter.
